I’ve visited this restaurant four times in a row, and each time there has been no meat available for the carvery! Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.

I was thoroughly appalled during my visit to this restaurant last Friday night! The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing service. I ordered from the NCGI festive menu—not my first choice, but it was all that was offered to me. When I received my burger, it contained a GLUTEN sausage, which was not mentioned on the menu. I can't understand why this information wasn't provided, and it's clear they know the ingredients in their dishes! The chef in the kitchen should be dismissed! This didn't feel like an honest mistake; it felt like I was being singled out, especially since it wasn't even a festive sausage. I managed to get a refund from the Premier Inn, but I’m still feeling the repercussions a week later, having barely touched the food because I sensed something was off. If you're going to offer gluten-free options, you need to do it properly! This is a serious health risk! I should probably take further action, but I know I will never return! I also had the unfortunate experience of having breakfast there, which was the worst I've ever had. I will definitely steer clear of this place in the future. (A shoutout to the lovely lady who served breakfast, though!)

Had a voucher for 40% off mains. Food was lovely, girl behind bar didn't look like she wanted to be there, Atmosphere was your typical Brewers Fayre. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
