Mauritius Eiscafe - Kempten

We used to always eat a strawberry cup here, but what we experienced this time really shocked us! As always, we wanted to swap our ice cream flavors in strawberry cups, but that wasn't possible. We asked nicely several times, but no chance ‍ We should then put together our own cup, which would have increased the price exorbitantly. Then we should just choose something else, we've really never experienced anything like that before! Absolutely dubious and NOT customer oriented! We then left, we won't eat ice cream here anymore!
