Uncanny nice café the girls are all super nice and the food or the cakes are really delicious when we are back in Kempten, we will surely look past!

Here, too, at least one lady at the factory, who is not allowed to put on customers, is miserable and so acting as if she was just doing this because she has to... pity, because it blew the overall impression that was otherwise so great. In Kempten there is normal service desert, usually the services are unfriendly, the prices overpriced, the boss arrogant, the food medium and the concept stinkfad. So nice service workers who like a question like it and want a wonderful day too, so fair prices, a boss who immediately comes up with it when it comes to organizing a chair and a great concept that was quite dared in the superb town of Kempten. You feel comfortable, it tastes great and is fun and you immediately feel like a next time. As I said, this is so pleasant from the rest of this city that one almost thinks one has run.A shop for feeling well with a magnificent motto that man(s) first ensnares and then finds in his realization as sugar sweet as it is and since the rest is as sweet and cosy, from service to sitting from food to drink, there are sweet 5 stars and thank you.

Unfortunately a disappointment. Plus: sweet (chucky) decor, cappuccino with pink cream sometimes something else, coffee and breakfast were very delicious. But now the negative aspects: very small portions, of which you hardly get tired. The cake pieces are unfortunately nothing more pamperable and for me more cakes (pies are creamy, creamy) and have a proud price of 4,20€ per piece. Tastefully ok, but since the cakes were so praised here, I had expected more. The goods sold could be more related to Sisi, there are many pink/sweet things, but hardly Sisi articles. In addition, the goods are largely behind tables where the guests sit, so you can not really search. Now the biggest minus point: the operation! Unfortunately worked quite unfriendly, genervt, lustless. You don't feel so welcome. You don't even ask if there's anything else. If you give handmarks, this will not be taken into account, although 2-3 employees speak at the counter. They also feel that the operators are talking about the guests, as the views of the tables with the guests always go. Some customers were asked if everything is okay, but I don't. They have the feeling they do it intentionally or it is personal. FAZIT: per se sweet little cafe with some tasty things is overpriced and operators should urgently work on their attitude!
