We have a great time, my only critique has to do with the cafe, the menu on the website needs to be up to date with the items and prices, and the website says nothing about the 3.5% fee you're charged for using your card, if it was maybe people could be prepared and bring cash with them. Lastly, please come up with a better way to let guests know their order is ready, its kind of a pain to have to keep checking to see if your order is sitting there ready, you can't hear your name being called over how loud it is a text or those old school buzzers would be perfect. We'll continue to come out, just make sure to have cash if you plan on eating here.
This place was packed, loud and wonderful. My 3 year old granddaughters birthday was a blast. The kids were overjoyed at all of the stuff to climb, slide run on. Not only that but us adults could enjoy an adult beverage as well.. I always forget photos but it's awsome
The kids have so much fun ? my daughter can’t wait to go after finishing a school week as her reward and on days if it’s raining or a heat wave
Great place for the kids to burn some serious energy. Very clean and well taken care of. Definitely worth the ṭrip.
We moved close by a few years ago and arrows has always been a staple. It seems they have more attendants now that are trying to keep it clean and safe and that is very much appreciated especially in the 6 month-3 year old toddler section, but what was a little frustrating yesterday was one of the workers, I’m not sure if he is a manager or not, went into that area to get what I thought was just an older boy out, but once he was out he continued talking to my daughter. I continued watching because the only kids left were my 3 and 1 year old in there and he thought he completely turned away from the parents. He looked at my daughter with the most irritated wide eyes scowl. I guess he was trying to scare her and pointing at her to get out and then finally rolling his eyes. I finally got up and asked what the issue was and let him know she was in fact 3 and of course his attitude immediately changed. Again, I get having a safe area but if you’re going to work around kids I think there could be a better approach. I do not appreciate my very obvious 3 year old daughter being talked to like that in a place that should be fun and safe.
