When I ordered through the drive-thru, they didn't put my items in a bag. They also never include napkins, which is essential.

The service here is consistently slow, and they often forget to include items in the bag. For instance, they never include napkins and frequently overlook condiments like ketchup. I've ordered a large breakfast several times, and they always omit the syrup. When I go back to address it, they have the audacity to question whether I’m sure the syrup wasn’t in the bag. With the chicken nuggets, they continually forget the dipping sauce. I’ll ask them if they included it, and they always assure me that they did, only to find out at home that it’s missing. On one occasion, when I ordered happy meals, I was informed they had run out of toys. It seems like every time I visit, there’s an issue with their service. I only go there for my grandkids; otherwise, I wouldn’t bother at all.
