That wasn't that much of an issue because our waiter was very communicative and let us know why he was taking a while. Once our food came we were all pretty pleased. I am vegetarian so I had the beyond beef burger and it was pretty good. I was so happy that that was on the menu because many places in the South aren't very accommodating to a vegetarian diet. The hazelnut creamers were quite good for some reason as well. Overall it was a pretty good dining experience and I would definitely go back!!
Though our server hostess was extremely polite and hard working, she was the only one there by herself. Therefore the service was a bit slow however our food came out extremely fast and not to up to par. The egg whites I ordered I assumed would be fresh or cook to order. It however had a rubbery texture similar to that of melted mozzarella cheese and it tasted bitter. I never had bitter eggs before. The Sausage links tasted like they been sitting out for awhile and the bacon was good but gave me the same impression. The pancakes were ok. For the price it's decent but the quality of food should have been a little bitter, no eggs no matter what price they are should taste bitter. I would've given this place 2 stars if it wasn't for the kind and hard working hostess who was serving as well.
I wish I can rate with CERO. they make us to wait hour and half because they said they where training someone. They were serving another people but not to us. Very racist. Unfortunately this is the second time.
Came to Denny's to have dinner after a long day on the road and the Manager Tasha was very unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when a new employee let her know we wanted more tea and kept walking. I found our waiter to let her know myself. She was at the front stocking. Staff members were loud and playing music loud in the back. Some staff members had mask on and some didn't. I can say my waitress was very nice. Forgot her name but she had dreadlocks.
This particular location had great service. ordered breakfast with hashbrown and pancakes. he brought EVERYTHING we needed before we could ask! napkins, syrup, ketchup. food was good too!
