Mcdonald's - Kenly

My chicken sandwich was plain, and I didn't order it that way. It was very dry and had no taste at all.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. There were a group of about 5 high school kids working. Congregating at a table next to the registers. After about 5 min. Waiting for someone to come to the register after I said something one of them got up from the table and came to the register. The order was ready fairly quickly but they forgot the fries. While I was waiting a man came in from the drive through who also had fries missing from his order. We waited another 10 minutes and finally the fries came. The kids that were supposed to be working continued congregating at the table instead of working. It was pretty evident that this must be the party shift where no standard or actual customer service applies. I would avoid this place in the future if I were you. Tables were not clean and trash was laying on many of them.

This was a good quick visit for the BOGO. Not much to it but thank you for making the sandwich correctly and the sandwiches were hot and good. The bathrooms smell was horrible. I dislike that the front end personnel always has there back to the door also.

I went through the drive through this morning. It was very busy and I was surprised how quickly it moved. The staff was friendly and the food was great.
