Waffle House - Kenly

Shut this place down just based on the service went in and it was nothing but complaints and wrong orders

Ran out of waffle mix. Had to have them remove it from my breakfast.

Please don’t eat at this Waffle House, the food was terrible, My burger had bits of debris off the grill on it. Indicating that the grill wasn’t cleaned, my hash browns were burnt on the outside and wasn’t cooked on the ones in the middle. I should’ve known something was wrong when this big guy (the cook), asked me, How do you like your potatoes, not only that while he cooked my food , he cooked him a burger, and ate it , before I got my order, while standing up behind the waitress. They were multiple charges on my receipt. Never tip until you receive your Food and taste it .

I really wanted to love our experience here because our waitress was extremely friendly but sadly that didn’t make up for our experience. After waiting a long time, we finally received our food and some of it was missing and they took forever to bring it (toast and grits… that’s it) There was a hair in my daughter’s food. Wanted a refill on a water and no one stopped anytime we got someone’s attention and when we did, it took forever to receive it. Then to top it off, I found a bug crawling on our table. I don’t expect Waffle House to be spectacular but it was just thing after thing.

Dashan was a GREAT server!! My drink cup never got empty. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing and fun. Thank you, Dashan for great service and a great meal!!
