American Deli - Kennesaw

I ordered a three-piece cod fish and French fries. When I got home, just under five minutes away, the fish was overcooked to the point where it was nearly impossible to chew; it wouldn’t break apart even after several minutes of effort. The fries were also overcooked, but at least they were edible. I've eaten at other A.D. locations before and never had this issue. I really dislike wasting my hard-earned money on bad food.

Wow! Check this out! This restaurant is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, the place is spotless, and the food is absolutely delicious! I really enjoy it!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I have to say that my order was good and served hot. The staff members were pleasant and attentive, and the restaurant was clean overall. However, I noticed that some employees, despite wearing gloves, didn't change them between orders. I did see a woman with long brown hair, pinned up, who changed her gloves while preparing food, which was reassuring. The lobby had a bit of trash on the floor, but the back area appeared to be very clean. My main concern is that staff should be reminded to change gloves between handling the register and preparing food, as well as between orders.

This place used to be good 2 months ago, i used to eat here once a week. Then all of a sudden it was hit or miss. No body answer the phone anymore, the cashier lady always on her phone. The wing always dry and fries are soft.

I've been to many American Deli locations. I've never had a complaint about the food before this. I ordered the steak philly and wing combo. The lemon pepper wings were good. The steak philly... not so much. It had no taste. The bread was dry. The steak had no seasoning at all... I was extremely disappointed. First time at this location and most likely the last....???????????
