Bojangles - Kennesaw

This place is full of rude people and had to wait over an hour for food.

Lousy food, horrible customer service, employees milling around and laughing and giggling while customers wait, others sneak out the back to smoke and horse around, don’t spend your money there, it’s LOUSY!

Haven't been to this location in a year me and wife only wanted fish sandwiches no sauce waited 15 minutes. After waiting food came out wrong and the service is awful, not mad so disappointed no leadership.

First and Last Time coming to this location. The drive thru worker with a short blonde bob young female) was very disrespectful and rude. Items that should automatically come with drinks and food wasn't given and when I asked there was an attitude. Food was dry and old. Overall terrible service and horrible food.

This is the worst location to come to and for that matter all of them are horrible. Customer service is terrible, none of the locations have most of the items you ask for what chicken spot don’t have what you’re asking for. The amount of money you pay for a family meal is crazy!!!! Manager at this location was not help either. Do not come to this location or any other Bojangles location!!!!!
