Burger King - Kennesaw

The person that handled the front was very polite. She informed us that one of our sandwiches will take some extra time. My wife , Daughter and myself enjoyed our meal. Only issue I had was getting to speak with someone. Most personnel was on cell phone talking about Tik Tok or instagram. Very unprofessional. Seen the whole atmosphere changed when another employee arrived. Seem like it was one of the managers that does her job correctly.

Horrible service. Had to repeat my order 7 times and they still got it wrong. Their card pos system was down so they were cash only luckily I had cash for them. Fries were hard and cold me they put cheese when I specifically told them no cheese on my whopper. Will NOT be back. If I could rice them ZERO stars I would.

I would not recommend this Burger King, as my experience was quite unpleasant. The onion rings I ordered were inedible, with some not even containing onion and others being extremely hard. I am hesitant to try the sandwich I ordered after this disappointment. Although Burger King did not refund my money, they gave me a $5 coupon for my next purchase, although I do not plan on returning. I suggest that the management consider changing their fryer oil more frequently to improve the quality of their food. Despite the pleasant drive-thru worker, the inevitable result of eating here may be diarrhea. I apologize in advance to my toilet.

No one was in the drive thru line, but they had me pull over to the side to wait for my food. Another car came a couple of minutes later. They had them pull to the side as well. The lobby is closed so it isn?t like they are swamped with customers. I suppose this is an attempt to protect their drive wait times, but still take their time on the order. Should a burger from a fast food place really take over 15 minutes when you only have 2 customers?

Came to get some food and they faked a system outage. We?re staying at a hotel up the way and they close in 30 mins. Everything is still up and running but they refused to serve us bc they didn?t want to. This also isn?t the first time I?ve heard this from this Burger King. Horrible when you have a starving toddler but they workers just want to chill on the counters and sit on their phones.
