The menu was quite standard, but I got tacos al pastor and wow they were delicious. perfectly seasoned, served with half a limette (a full half! pico de gallo/salsa fresca, and buzz. my partner has a kombiplatte with a taco, a burrito, tears and drilling. everything tasted so fresh and cooked for perfection. this place is really a hidden gem! I love it. Definitive in the top 10 of the Mexican or Mexican restaurants I tried.
Don't be fooled by appearances. The food and service at this restaurant are excellent!
I would definitely go back to this restaurant when I am in town. The food was delicious, the service was good, and the prices were fair. The only downside was that the salsa was too sweet, possibly due to added sugar. Other than that, the food was tasty. I ordered the veggie fajitas and made sure to ask the server about any animal products in the broth or rice. She assured me that there were none, which is important to me as I do not consume animal products.
This restaurant has a cozy, family-run atmosphere with a slightly outdated decor, but that's part of its charm. They focus on serving great food at an affordable price. I would recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for Mexican cuisine.
