The workers are so kind! They try to make the customer happy even when it isn't their fault.
Alma was in too big of a hurry to listen to my order or make sure it was correct. Chandra was in to big of a hurry to get my money that he did not make sure I even had the correct food from the many orders sitting there. He did not offer sauces or even look up from the register. Poor experience overall.
A worker fixed a to go plate. Wrote on it,dropped the pen in the rice. Picked it up and then dumped out the to go plate of rice back in the pot. She walked off, another employee came over. I asked about more rice coming out and said what just happened,he looked at me and said No more rice till this one is gone. That's just nasty!!!
I placed an order through Uber eats, and it didn't give you the option for sauces, so I called Panda Express two different times and spoke with a guy named Winter. He said he'd make sure to put sauces with my $50 order. Not only was my order late due to Panda Express, but I didn't receive one sauce. He then tried to lie about why I didn't receive any sauces, and the crab Rangoon is complete trash. I didn't even receive teriyaki sauce with the two orders of teriyaki chicken. The guy Winter was a total joke on the phone!!
