Panera Bread - Kennesaw

I’m just here to say that I recently had my first visit, and I definitely got my money’s worth.

I not only LOVE Panera Breads Asiago BAGELS, I go there for lunch atleast twice a month. Their staff is wonderf. My favorite lunch is their Roasted Turkey Avacado BLT ...as it 's not deli turkey. I enjoy being able to eat my lunch and chat with my friends, without feeling like I need to hurry. I notice many others do this too, while using their internet. Although I have gone to different locations, this is definitely my Favorite!

I ordered a Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT and some other things to go and got what's pictured. No bacon, no turkey, no avocado. I can't even figure out what it's supposed to be but it is inedible to me. They got the other 1/2 of my order right and the food just tasted meh and slightly stale. This place is always dead when I go to it and I'm starting to realize why now. While waiting I came to notice how dirty the place looked also. Not saying they aren't cleaning but when something gets so outdated or is falling apart and wiped down so much, it gets to the point where it will never look clean and probably needs a deep scrubbing. The last time we were here the food was subpar as well and I'm honestly just over Panera at this point. How can the words, bacon, avocado, and turkey be said and then I get a sandwich with none of it? Btw, the green stuff is lettuce, and very little of it. Wish I checked the order before I drove all the way home as it was a full sandwich and now a waste of $10.

I enjoy being able to drop by and get a Charged Lemonade whenever I pass by. Now I seek Panera out when I travel for business even if I don't have time to get a meal. This is one of those times! Just dropped by to get my Charged Strawberry Mint Lemonade. If you join their loyalty club, you get discounts and special offers frequently. I highly recommend this location!

Sammie was so very helpful! She greeted us walking in, explained the menu changes to us when we had trouble ordering through the kiosk even caught an error we made on our order ! Definition of good customer service would make me come back to this location. Thank you Sammie, keep doing what you are doing. Your energy is amazing.
