Papa Johns Pizza - Kennesaw

The pizza was good and still quite warm when it arrived. However, it took much longer than I had anticipated for our order to arrive. I understand that many restaurants and takeout places are struggling with staffing issues due to Covid. If we weren't immunocompromised, we would have gone to pick it up ourselves. It's frustrating that we live just 10 minutes away from the Papa John's, yet it took 75 minutes for our delivery to arrive on a weeknight before 8 PM.

Great value for the price! If you can, I suggest opting for carryout. I had a delivery driver who seemed to have dropped one of my pizzas but didn’t mention it. It wasn’t until they left and I opened the box that I discovered one of the pizzas was really messed up.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant and I want to extend a huge THANK YOU to Spencer. I placed my order through the app and didn’t notice that it had defaulted to a different store I used a couple of years ago. Spencer went above and beyond by calling that store to get my order refunded and quickly processed my order here. I was truly impressed by his efficiency and the positive attitude of everyone working there. The pizza and breadsticks were delicious, too!

Visiting from DC the other day I ordered delivery to our hotel although it did take longer than expected; the cheese sticks, honey chipotle wings, chicken poppers and orange soda was on point.
