Excellent pizza and friendly staff! They always great specials and new meals to try. Great atmosphere for sports, live music and great food!

Horrible customer service. Ordered online and was directed to an app to order. I was informed via the app my food was ready so I proceeded to walk to the restaurant to pick up my food. Giving them even extra time to have it ready. I arrived and my food was not even made. No attempt was made at any type of customer service recovery AT ALL. In fact, I was told “sorry it isn’t my fault we don’t control the app”. The girl running orders went and spoke to what I assume was her supervisor and he made no attempt at service recovery. Food was average.

We decided to try Pisano 's again after visiting the brewery and hadn 't been there in a few years. On a Friday night, the wait was around 20 minutes and we enjoyed sitting outside and waiting. The servers were polite and very busy. Our waiter was running around from the time we were sat. Our drinks took a while to make it to the table and so did the rolls but we understood it was just near the end of the dinner rush. Our food took an even longer while. I 'm not trying to be mean but my spicy Cajun dish was awful. The sauce curdled and left me with a plate of grease. There was no seasoning on this food that would taste Cajun and my fiancé 's pizza had all ingredients in a line in the center. The bbq sauce was squirted on one side of the pizza and not spread around. I don 't understand who thought it was good to serve this to anyone. While the meat on the pizza wasn 't bad, this is not a place for anyone who wants more flavor or spices on their food. $60 donated.

The food is always very hit or miss in my opinion. I had an amazing Philly a week ago and ordered another one today that was horrible. The fries last week were great and today they were raw and not seasoned at all. I’m starting to figure out what days to order from them and what days to avoid. Saturday is an avoid day.

The food was great and our server was awesome! Very attentive and personable. A really fun neighborhood spot. We'll be back!
