Red Lobster - Kennesaw

The food was good as always. We were well taken care of.

I didn't care for the waitress she seem to be high on something she also followed me to the bath which pissed me off the food could have been better!

The restaurant was dirty when we came in. Wasn’t busy at all and the tables were covered in trash. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone came to greet us. We ordered our drinks and food together because we already knew it would take forever. The server informed us they were out of the Lobster Bisque which was very disappointing. It’s the whole reason we came. We then ordered 3 appetizers to eat on for our meals. The Mozzarella sticks, lobster dip, and crab queso. They were out of the queso so we decided on the seafood mushrooms instead. 20 minutes later the server comes back to let us know they were out of the lobster dip as well. This is the 3rd item they were out of that we ordered. I haven’t even mentioned the fact the server doesn’t know how to refill a drink, I sat waiting for a new water for 15 minutes. The only good thing about this experience was the biscuits. Do better.

This restaurant was absolutely phenomenal, The service was amazing the food was delicious and came out fast. The servers were as smooth as butter and worked like a well oiled machine i highly enjoyed and i recommend eating here

Food was great..Lobster, but when you are just one person, the waiters can sometime forget you are there. Had to ask for butter twice and even my check twice.
