Contribuisci feedbackI understand that good food takes time to prepare, but this location had me waiting almost 20 minutes just to take my order, and I was the only customer there. I thought they might have closed early since I arrived at 10:05, even though they close at 11 PM, but I saw at least three people inside. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend coming here—save yourself some time and head to the Sonic that's just 15 minutes down the road instead.
I ordered through DoorDash and wanted to make a suggestion: please use secure, fully sealed lids for drinks like milkshakes. Mine was fine, but I can’t shake the feeling of concern about tampering. Additionally, some condiments were missing from my order. However, the food was really good!
I wish I could give this a zero. This is by far the worst food establishment I have ever been too. I placed an order on the app and waited almost 40 minutes before pressing the button and asking for an update. They told me it was on the way. Waited another30 minutes and still no food. I asked for a refund and they told me I had to go through the app and get my refund. Now I have towait 7-10 days for my money. The manager was sitting down outside while the workers were on their phones not working. Whoever isthe franchise owner for this location should sell it because they truly don?t care so why should we?
Absolutely disappointing experience. The food was cold, there were no condiments provided, and the service was incredibly slow, even for a mobile order. I ordered mozzarella sticks but didn’t receive any marinara sauce. I also requested mustard on the side for my hot dog, but that was missing too. The burger tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The drinks were just flat and unappealing. Overall, it was just disgusting. I won’t be returning. On the bright side, the staff member was nice.
I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I ordered on the app and once I got to the restaurant I checked in on the app and waited 30 mins for my order. At that point I pressed the button and an employee answered. I let them know I placed a mobileorder and had been waiting a long time and she said ?I will check on your order?. Another 30 minutes went by and still nothingbut cars had been going through the drive through. I went up to the door and the manager came out. I said I had waited over anhour and would like a refund for my order. She said ?no I?m getting your order together now?. After an hour wait for ?fast? foodI should be getting a refund and my food. They didn?t even give me the drink that I ordered and the food was disgusting. Everysonic I have been to in the Atlanta area has been awful and I will never return.
