The new management is really pleasant and friendly, and I can imagine how challenging it has been for them during the recent pandemic. I truly hope they can resolve some of the issues they've been facing. Tonight, I went in for my usual order, but unfortunately, they were out of turkey. During my last two visits, they didn't have the chips and bottled drinks I usually enjoy, and I've also had to wait unusually long to get my orders. I'm looking forward to returning soon and hopefully updating this review with a more positive experience and a higher rating.
During my family's visit, we were informed midway through our order that the coupon I intended to use was not valid for the club sub. However, I hadn't even shown them the coupons yet and asked how they could determine which one I had. They responded that they have the authority to choose which coupons are accepted. As a result, I decided to take my business elsewhere.
A couple of days ago, I witnessed a woman in front of me in line being disrespectful to the employees. In my experience, the staff have always been nothing but kind when I’m there. This woman behaved as if she owned the employees, demanding they rush to meet her timeline. She claimed her behavior was due to being late for work, yet she spent time sitting in her car writing a negative review. I just want to say: please treat the workers with respect; they are not yours to dictate.
I stop in here sometimes because it?s on my route. It?s always the same guy, and he?s very nice, but he must be the owner. He?s so stingy with toppings it kills me. He only uses one piece of cheese when every other Subway gives you two. He won?t give you more than two cucumbers. The tiniest little potion of onions you?ve ever seen. I guess it comes out of his paycheck.
Rotten food, terrible service, and they made their lack of income the customers problem.
