Clean, well stocked and staffed, friendly employees, and my sandwich was made exactly how I asked.
Terrible service from a Hispanic woman and very rude as well also threatened one of her coworkers.
I have been to this location a few times but todays interaction can not go without recognition. There was a young man, on his 4th day working, that made my meal and his personality alone made me want to write this review. He was excited to work, excited to see customers and eager to learn the process. I was blown away by how he smiled the entire time he was working. For his 4th day at work he was amazing! Job well done. I haven’t even tasted my sandwich because I walked out the door, sat in my car and immediately made this review.
Horrible, careless workers. I placed an order for 2 subs through Uber Eats and when the driver got there, they told her they were out of the meat for 1 of the subs I ordered, and when she gave them my alternative option, they told her they were closed for the night and had put everything away. I used to work at subway…. There is no way they could not have made another sub unless they were completely out of stock. It takes zero effort to go to the back and get the food to make ONE sub. Instead of caring about customer satisfaction they decided to be careless and lazy and give me 1/2 of an order. It also would have been good service if they had called Uber Eats when they realized they didn’t have the ingredients for my sub BEFORE they put everything up for the night, since it’s such an issue to make a sub after putting everything away. I am VERY dissatisfied with their service!!!!!!
