I often stop by this restaurant for breakfast. However, I've noticed that the price of a bottle of orange juice varies each time I visit. It is listed as $1.79 on the board, but I've been charged $2.49 or $1.89 instead, and I'm not sure how they determine the actual price. Today, when I brought it up, they kindly gave me my juice for free, which I appreciate, but I'm not looking for freebies. I just want the price displayed to reflect the actual price I’m charged.
The dining rooms were closed, even for delivery partners, and there was no prior notice about it. The staff at the drive-thru window could benefit from better customer service training.
Horrible attitudes here and horrible food. The Taco Salad came with a bowl of chili that was watery and a bag of stale tortilla chips that have an expiration date of 10.14.21. No straws for drinks. Place is a joke, if you're not happy with your job, don't work, plenty of other people looking for a place to work, that would love to take the spots you guys occupy.
I wanted to test the fries after seeing the ad marketed by Wendy's. Unfortunately, the experience was a let down because the restaurant didn't have touchless-pay and the fries were not crispy. I will not return.
