Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kennett

I came into the restaurant to eat with some of my girlfriends like I normally do and the shorter young black man with braids who took our order was very rude. I ordered a kids meal and I asked if I can get a bigger drink so I gave him the small drink back,and he threw a bigger cup at me aggressively and said with an attitude that I would have to be charged. The food was amazing asalways, but the costumer service this time wasn?t the best, I hope it improves on my next visit.

Depends mostly on who waits on you, I've ordered several items that wasn't worth taking out the door..lately it has been better.

Just stopped in at the drive thru and got a couple meals and ice cream. Both were delicious and staff was friendly and courteous. The pup cup made my best friend a happy dog

I was pleased with the food and customer service. I know it?s just a DQ, but the staff were really helpful and brought our cones to the table. The location is easy and I hope they always stay in business
