Azteca - Kennewick

1st time here! It was very good food, the waitress was amazing and we had the best time.! Thank you Azteca Restaurant! We will be back!

Lousy service. Place was half empty. Twenty minutes to order a beverage. Fifteen more minutes to receive beverage and order meal. Never got another beverage. Just handed bill. Will not go back.

They are trying to do too much... rice and beans tasted okay. Steak a little dry, drinks were great, atmosphere basic... need better customer service.

Was there for date night with my wife. I had the chicken burrito, my wife had the shrimp cup or bowl. Burrito was great, but the shrimp was cold when we ordered it warm. Everything else was good. Saw a bunch of old friends there, so it was a good experience over all.

The service was terrible. The only time we were spoken to was to order. The My young daughters and I waited 35+ minutes to order which wouldn’t be a big deal but others came in 20-30 minutes after us and ordered within five minutes of being seated. If it weren’t for the fact we had ate chips and salsa, we would have walked out. The food was bland. The salsa tasted like ketchup mixed with picante sauce. I asked to order a la carte and explained we did not want sides. She told us the price individually which was fine. We were still brought rice and beans and it was plated as separate meals and we were charged that way. We definitely won’t be coming back and we will never cheat on Fiesta again lol
