Black Rock Coffee - Kennewick

The baristas here were incredibly rude and snobbish! If I could give zero stars, I would. I won't be returning to a place where both baristas rolled their eyes at me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This place doesn't live up to the images it portrays. I was disappointed to find that it had more of a coffee shop vibe, rather than what I expected. The baristas and staff at the checkout weren't very friendly, which made me feel unimportant. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

I love your coffee, I would even say it's better than dieucks, but went to this place today, just now who was at the window seemed very friendly for the driver before me, but if I got on the window she didn't even recognize and make nice talk as I would get in the rule. she did not hear what I said, and both drinks were made with regular milk, as I asked for one with soy as I have a milk allergy. she was controversial with her other employees and didn't stop what I even said. every other place I've always been attentive to.

I went in to place my order, but there was only one person working. After I ordered, he left to serve someone at the window and made their drinks before coming back to me. When he returned, he forgot what I had ordered.

Terrible service. Sunday, May 8th, went thru the drive thru, the girl at the window, had no time for me. All she did was talk to her coworkers about cats, and litter boxes and never addressed me, PERIOD. Gave her a 5.00 bill to pay for my coffee, the total was 4. She actually asked the only time she addressed me if I wanted my change???? Unbelievable.
