Buffalo Wild Wings - Kennewick

The staff was very friendly at the check-in, but they forgot a few items we ordered initially. Overall, it was a fantastic date night!

We got on the waitlist at 9 AM on the day of a state college game, or so we thought. When we arrived at 1 PM, expecting to be on the list, we were informed that their Open Table system wasn’t functioning and they didn't have access to their tablet, so there were no names recorded. I was understandably frustrated. The manager did apologize and we were seated promptly on their covered patio, which was clearly not the best spot for watching the game, as there was only one TV and just three tables there. We stayed until midway through the game but ultimately decided to leave. We were disappointed with the experience, especially considering we booked through the app. While they tried to rectify the situation, I felt like a second-rate customer—our bill was over $130 for a party of six, and we definitely ordered enough food. We expected more from Buffalo Wild Wings for the Apple Cup.

Fantastic venue for catching an entire evening of sports with multiple televisions.

Dont bother with reservations! They dont care if you used open table..35 min wait

The gallens were super friendly at check time, but they had forgotten some dinge that we ordered the first round. a great date at night!
