Contribuisci feedbackThey recognized our reservation with names and told us they would keep our table ready. so they said....but if it was time for them to keep telling us it would be 10 minutes more times. when we talked that we were told 45 minutes earlier, they got our table ready, they shot back they don't take reservations not a good start for our dinner.
All our meals were prepared quickly and well. service was very good as always!
Server forgot our appetizers, it brought out after our meal was served, it was an accomplice. it's over in a box. the hauptentrée was good. also, repeatedly asked for boxes and take them to home cookies that lasted about 10-15 minutes.
First, let's start by saying that putting up on the waiting list thru opentable absolutely nothing for them. red lobster will not actually put them on the list until after they arrive. we arrived 15 minutes early because I have read that this was a waitress and no reservation, and also after receiving a text 2 hours before the restaurant say that they do not make reservations. we arrive and was told that wait for an hour, I mentioned that we were put on the waiting list thru the app and they said, oh let them check in, they are still at the bottom of the list. So they don't waste their time with the waiting list. Secondly, their menu options are currently very limited. Third, eating was ok, the quality is not what it was 15 years ago, but it wasn't terrible. fourth, the waiting staff was friendly and prompt, they kept gracious the cake we brought for my daughter's birthday, and made sure we were taken care of all the time. they have really formed for the claw service we received in front.
Great service, but presentation and quality of food wasn't as expected.
