Subway - Kennewick

Counter person was so nice, helped the kids order and made great sandwiches.

So I have been coming to this location since I moved here back in 2019, pre-covid. The store, which is NOT a corporate store, but rather a franchise overall inside the circle K. This used to be a really good place for a subway sub. The prices, until recently, used to be cheaper than all the other franchise and corporate locations. They used to be the only store open late, but the other stores have now adopted the 10 pm close time as well. The store ever since I have been coming here has always been clean and for the most part the employees are friendly and helpful. Like any other business, you get a few bad ones now and again, but overall, it's a decent mix. The only issue is that sometimes, when you order online or through the app, they either don't read the notes well or are too rushed to read them at all. Usually, I have to call them prior to picking up to make sure that they made it correctly.

Service at subway is ok But again beware it's the most trashy place to eat at The store there food in a molded cooler and have cockroaches all over the place!

Just ordered online and my sandwich is missing some stuff including the avocado I spent extra money on. My bread is really dry and rock hard and crumbling into dust as well. Bummed dude.

Had 1 employee, said was his first day. No one training him. He did a good job. Asked me questions about what to do.Sat down to eat and 2 other employees came from the back. Is that typical practice? Thought on job training should apply.
