Arby's - Kenosha

I was excited to try the Good Burger at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was undercooked and completely pink when I took a bite. I was disappointed that I wasn't refunded or compensated for the experience. This tainted my meal and ultimately made me sick. I would advise against ordering the Good Burger at this establishment.

I stopped by the local Arby 's to try out the Good Burger Meal as a kid brewing up in the 90s you gotta do it !! I 'm not sure if I expected to fall in love with it the same way Kel does but it was worth a try . I would say the Wagyu patty is the quality of a whopper. The sauce is Big Mac sauce basically. It was okay. Would I buy it again , No. However, it was worth the Nostalgia .Side Note: At this location it took about 20 minutes for the order to complete and I was the only one in line at the time. I felt bad, I believe they are completely understaffed so just be prepared for long wait times.

Worst burger I've ever had and the fries were cold. Unfortunately they were even missing a sandwich ??They did replace the meal with roast beef sandwiches later, I'd stick to that. It's their only specialty I actually

The brisket sandwich was not fresh at all and my Roast beef was like a junior sandwich very disappointed ?.

Customer Service Was Great Inside Was Clean But The Workers Touch Everything With They Bare Hands, Resgister Everything Than Will Touch Your Food Without Washing Their Hands Etc The Burger Was So Pink Like Literally PINK I Almost Threw Up But Had Gagged Just The Outside Was Done The Good Burger Was Horrible I Will Never Go Back I’m Highly Disappointed Spent My Money For Nothing Fries Wasn’t Fully Cooked Only Thing Good Was The Moca Shake 0/10 Recommend
