Chili's Grill - Kenosha

A great couple of visits lately. Both dinners we had provided good service and good food. I love the quantity for the price especially with a 3 for $10.99. Last night we did not arrive until after 8 PM. Definitely, the way to get top notch service... we were one of two couples in that section. We had a great server who was new did not catch his name.

Chili's is one of my favorite chain restaurants. This was the first time my family and I ate in the restaurant since COVID. All staff wore masks and they spaced table seating out to maintain social distancing. The staff was very attentive and our waitress did a great job of keeping our drinks filled and checking in to make sure we liked our food. I was quite pleased with the service. Our food was prepared well and came out in an appropriate amount of time. We ordered the appetizer of fried pickles and the proportion was somewhat small for the price we paid. My daughter devoured them before I could take a picture. I'd say there were only about 10 or 12 slices in the order. Other than that, our meal was great and my margarita was spectacular! If you dine-in or carry-out, you're likely to have good quality food. I have found, however, that when you order from a food delivery service, that is not always the case. Chili's new containers hold heat and moisture in so our food often arrives soggy.

Hadn't been here in a while!! The food was excellent especially the potato soup...some of the best I ever had!! Also wonderful service from Candace!! Will be going back!!

This Chili's must have the BEST manager. The limited staff is incredibly dedicated and unbelievably customer service oriented. It doesn't matter if my order is spot on or just so-so. I never leave disappointed. I own a local bar and would hire their wait staff (or manager! on the spot. Good for you, Kenosha Chili's! Good for you!

Delicious. Great service, although there's a bit of a wait time for seating. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices.
