Mcdonald's - Kenosha

Parking: There are plenty of parking spaces available. Kid-friendliness: I'm not sure if they still have a children's play area inside, but they used to. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant has ramped sidewalks to provide access for wheelchairs to enter the building.

Avoid coming to this restaurant at night! There is a very rude older woman who works the third shift. She is consistently disrespectful, the food is often incorrect, and I wouldn't even trust her to prepare my meal. Her behavior reflects poorly on this establishment.

Asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich and was given a deluxe quarter pounder. Specifically didn't want a burger so now all I have is fries.

All other McDonald's locations should learn from the example set by this particular McDonald's immediately! They always treat customers with respect and do not put them in danger by serving food they are allergic to, unlike the McDonald's on Sheridan. They prepare their food proudly, even in the early hours of the morning, with a smile on their face. Customers can sense the positive energy they bring to the drive-thru window. The rest of the McDonald's locations are not as reliable. Except for a few good workers at the Sheridan location - shoutout to those two! The rest of the store needs significant improvement. However, this particular McDonald's in Kenosha is the best. They always have fresh fries, pies, meat, and chicken. Their ice cream machine is rarely broken, and the coffee machine always works. They truly care about their customers and provide excellent service.

Very slow in the drive up. I will not stop at this location ever again.
