The Spot Drive-in - Kenosha

I've been visiting this place on and off for the past 20 years since some colleagues from Wisconsin introduced me to it. I really enjoy the food here, especially the burgers, cheese curds, root beer, and ice cream. I know there’s been a friendly rivalry between The Spot, Andy’s, and BIG, which is only open for about six months each year. This popular drive-in has been a staple in Keno for decades. The Spot has been serving great food since just after World War II. The customer service is always friendly, and they’re open late until 2 AM—though it used to be 3:30 AM. It can get quite lively during those late hours. As long as they keep making those delicious burgers, I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The root beer here is fantastic and has a homemade taste—I forgot to ask if it actually is! Our server was very friendly and even offered to bring a treat for my friend's amazing dog. There’s plenty of parking available too.

Our server was busy, but she really excelled at her job. She was wonderful and very attentive. The food arrived quickly, and although you pay when it's delivered, she still checked on us twice afterwards. We loved our experience and will definitely return!

This restaurant is a true gem in Kenosha, and for good reason. The double cheeseburger with bacon is simply delicious—I can't help but crave it. The bacon is so thick that it feels like an extra patty on the burger. Ordering from my car makes it super convenient for a quick lunch during a conference call. I discovered my love for this place during the pandemic when I was struggling to cook, and I appreciated its excellent outdoor service. I would have gone hungry without it! The service is fantastic, the food is great, and everything is served quickly. I recommend grabbing a burger, driving to the beach, and enjoying the waves. It's my favorite spot for a weekday lunch.

Wow! These are undoubtedly the best hamburgers I've ever tasted—there's no competition! The fries are amazing too. Whenever someone mentions going to The Spot, I'm always the first to hop in the car. I truly love this place. Delicious!
