The Home Place Inn - Kensington

Recently enjoyed a wonderful birthday lunch here with family - 4 adults and 2 youngsters.

This restaurant has closed. Not pleased that Yelp made me a reservation at a place that no longer exists

Had supper with the girls here Friday nightThe service was excellent and the food was great too.

Through the years this has been our go to spot when on the island. We missed going last year and it had been sold and is under new management. The lady who over sees the Inn is really trying to bring the standards up and actually to surpass the last owners standards. I would not stop anyone from booking here, it is early in the season and they are just getting into how they want the Inn run. It is a lovely spot clean, warm, friendly and lovely rooms. The breakfast and the little extras when your staying at an Inn have to be worked on. But we will be checking back with them to see how things are progressing.
