Tim Hortons - Kensington

Never have the order item in there.. no hot chocolate and any seasonal stuff introduced by Tim’s.. and they says it’s a small outlet so we have only limited things.. never ever have the seasonal hot beverages.. only tea and coffee

After an unfortunate overnight ER visit, the lady working at the drive-thru made my day! She was so friendly and passionate when greeting customers! :

Had great service from the amazingly polite young man on drive-thru tonight. Best service at any Tim's I've had in a long time

Very slow service and inaccurate orders. Took 10 minutes for a simple bagel and a coffee. Might need to either replace the sandwich person or hire another. Got the job done in an Regency but will definitely not be a first choice or stopover in the future
