Contribuisci feedbackThe quality of this restaurant has declined significantly over the past several months. The food is consistently cold and lacks flavor. I'm really disappointed, especially since I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I’m not sure if there’s a new chef, but please start adding some seasoning to your dishes!
This restaurant has inconsistent quality. Some days the food is decent, while other days your burrito can end up being a cold, disappointing mess.
Oh my goodness, that was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The staff treated me like a child, questioning me excessively. They engaged in constant conversations among themselves and overlooked many of my requests. However, I will say that the food was great.
In and out of the 3 people I saw working, only the 1 woman has actually put together a food order. He asked the guy what was going on because everyone went out and he said they weren't on foot serving as they were short staff. Why do you have your doors open? Why not communicate?
As with pretty much every Chipotle I?ve been to this one is inconsistent in its service. It?s not the worst but could be better. We always order online and pickup. On more than one occasion they have forgotten one of our side orders. Still waiting on the response from my customer service feedback?
