Odd Melanzane parmigiano had separate ingredients but quite good. Two other starters ok but again slightly odd ingredients. Main course of Osso bucco nothing special and my fish was dripping in butter but also ok. The millefeuille was not. A tub of pistachio goo with a few pastry leaves on top. Uneatable. We will not be returning.
If you want to taste the real Italian traditional kitchen (granny's recipes, but with a touch of uniqueness and modern taste), this is the place for you. Focaccia, pesto, delicious pasta, all cooked with fresh ingredients coming from the best food markets in town. The place was elegant but at the same time comfy and familiar.
This is a very good restaurant. I've been going to Liguria for almost 20 years and the food is spot on. Don't let anyone tell you different. Go to this restaurant!
This is a terrific chef-style restaurant near Olympia, Kensington. It is family run, but feels absolutely professional. The Osso Buco was sublime. Generally speaking, when the appetizers and main courses are excellent, the desserts are wanting. This was not the case here.
Good food with an interesting twist veal cooked sous vide, which made it very tender. Interesting menu not too overwhelming. Lovely people we had a good natter in Italian with them. Difficult to judge value as we had a Groupon, but the menu seemed reasonable. We hope to go back.
