E' uno dei posti dove mangiamo a pranzo o prendiamo uno snack quando andiamo al mercatino di Portobello. Non è diverso dalla media degli altri locali della catena. Poltrone vecchie ma comode, non male i toast caldi o le ciabatte. Poi un succo di arancia e confezione di frutta. Il nostro pranzo tipico quando siamo in giro e vogliamo rimanere leggeri. The restaurant was very unclean and they did not have the drink that I have previously ordered multiple times, claiming it was not available on the menu.
The server had difficulty understanding an order for two teas and there were no big mugs available. The cafe was not clean and there were various items that should have been stored away in the public areas.
The server at this restaurant was incredibly rude. When I asked for extra milk for my coffee, they tried to argue with me and told me that no one else requests it that way. It's my choice how I want my coffee, and I have never had any issues at other branches of this restaurant. This server was definitely the rudest I have ever encountered.
Love Caffè Nero but the servers in this branch need to come the heck down, and stick to their job! Getting a hot drink shouldn’t be the end of the world, but every time I get a lukewarm one, for £3.20! Place is often dirty, too. And the attitude of some of the staff is a bit arrogant at times. Especially when they are serving people in the morning. Don’t even answer a greeting! Nice!...
Mmmm yum!!!...they have a wide selection of flavors too add to the coffee, great staff and a quick service.
