A large and delicious variety of dim sum, delivered regularly, attentive service at the table, forks, water, tea, cocktails. We asked for some special treatment with the tab regarding drinks, not a problem, bar staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Altogether a very positive experience. Definitely recommend reservations, the line waiting to get in went out the door and down the sidewalk.
Not sure why this place doesn’t have more 5 star ratings. This is the best dim sum I have had in Washington since I moved here 3 years ago. Having lived and worked in the San Gabriel valley in Los Angeles the dim sum is here is fresh and soft. The prices and service is decent. They are busy and short staffed but who isn’t. Their English is not great, so I suggest you come in knowing what you want to order by looking at the menus online. The restaurant has high ceilings and the tables are separated 2 -3 feet so you don’t feel claustrophobic. I also ordered the lobster to go and they have a set price for 2lb and 4lb so you don’t have to guess how much it is.
Come for the dimsum! The selection isn’t big but they serve all the classics and make them well : The shrimp dumplings are delicious.
First visit. Out of curiosity, we ordered Peking Duck. It was tasty. The pan cake was a bit dry but the duck, sauce garnish was delicious. Also ordered Dim Sum. Excellent quality. The broccoli was fresh, crisp and portion was good. Servers were very attentive. We will visit again. We enjoyed the meal so much and forgot to take photos.
Delightful authentic Chinese cuisine. Best Peking roast duck I’ve ever had in the states. Decent Dim Sum, and very generous portion. The servers get busy when the crowd hits, but still reasonable services. Overall a solid eating experience.
