Fist thing, Hayden didn't wash his hands. We then let him know that we were having a veggie delight vegetarians did not want meat on our food. When he put green pepper on our sandwich a piece of steak had been in the green pepper and my son would not eat the sandwich so we asked for a new one before it was even packaged up. You can tell he was angry when he started throwing all the ingredients and correctly on the sandwich and when we asked him not to cut it with the knife because it was covered in meat he went ahead and closed the sandwich with it so we did not get our food tonight.
Had it not been for the gentle man working behind the counter tonight I would not give them 5 stars…. I wouldn’t even be writing this. But I am hoping his supervisor sees this and he is rewarded! The gentleman was extremely kind, polite, apologetic, and professional. They had run out of several ingredients and the gurl working had left him with a line of people. But he handled himself and did an amazing job! You guys have a wonderful employee there and I hope you appreciate him. Thank you for a good experience.
We stopped here for dinner on the way driving through town. We had our dog with us so we sat outside at the picnic table that needs a lot of help. Staff was friendly and inside was clean. Food was perfectly fine.
I live in a neighboring town. I will no longer go to this location. The manager running this location has her employees purposely not putting enough toppings on the sandwiches. On a footlong sub, subway standards are 6 tomato slices, 6 cucumber slices, etc. This location consistently gives less than subway's standards for toppings and you might get the standard if you ask for extra. The manager, when questioned about it, tells us that the toppings prices have gone up. Multiple times we have told her that one of us has worked for subway in the last 6 months, the standards have not changed due to price increases. We will also be reporting this franchise for violating subway standards consistently. This is not a one time experience with this location.
