Mcdonald's - Kenton

I hate to leave negative reviews, but you guys have stiffed me a few times. I order through the app so there's no confusion, but I am often missing an item or 2 (even after being pulled out of line to wait, which I don't have a problem with). I don't mind waiting at the drive through, but I DO mind driving 20mins home to find out the food I got for my disabled father is not there.Should I have checked the bag before I left? Yeah, probably, but the bag also should have been checked before it left the store as well. Double check the bags, please!

Didn't give toy in happy meal, and took long time when we were the only ones.

Big indoor playground! But the whole place smelled bad, like bathroom plumbing. But so did outside (it’s not manure in November) so maybe it’s the area. -1 start for the smell. But nice to have a play area!Management needs to fix the plumbing smell ASAP.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve possibly ever had. As soon as we got there we waited line for at least 5 minutes to even get like fries and a drink. As soon as we got out the fries were cold. Most of the workers are just lazy teenagers. And the manager there dose really help the place at
