Maritime Express Cider Co. - Kentville

Beautiful place. I feel like we are visitting a castle. The food is not my taste, but I do enjoy dining out here because of the atmosphere.

A great place for cider, beer, solid food and friendly staff. The historic building adds to the vibe and is definitely worthy of a 'gram photo or two. Their seasonal cider right now is a Strawberry Basil which is delicious. For those travelling with dogs, the patio is dog friendly with a nice breeze, umbrellas for shade, and water for the pups.

Really impressed with the quality and variety of ciders at Maritime Express. The ?Snowed In? was perfectly tart and sweet for a strong 8% cider. There are many food dishes I?d like to try but I can say the fish cakes and chicken tacos were good.

I recently tried the Spicy Motherclucker sandwich with Frites, aioli, and green onions at this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing! It was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had and I was sad to leave. The sandwich was hot honey breaded and came with an egg, thick-cut bacon, and firestorm mayo. It was delicious. I also enjoyed a cocktail and their bumbleberry cider, both of which were excellent. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant when I visit Nova Scotia again. I can't stop thinking about the food. The service was also fantastic, very friendly staff.

Fantastic food. Good service, great place for an easy meal. We had the top hat burger and steak sandwiches loved them. Fresh fries. Definitely adding this restaurant to our favourite go to choices!
