Contribuisci feedbackWent in to the store. I was the only one to be served. 3 workers. Took over 15min to make my one drink and bagel. 8 cars came and went through the drive thru. They all got prioritized above me. What a trash business model.
Tried to just go into there lobby to order as I live in the building behind this BIGGBY. I went at 8 am and pulled on the door three times. They watched me repeatedly check the door and went back to what they were doing. With only one person in the drive through lane im confused why neither of the staff members could help me. Usually really kind staffed but I’ve never been straight up ignored during prime coffee hours. Thanks yall.
I really really prefer Biggby over Starbucks, but the hoops I need to jump through to pick up my online order defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Waiting in line for 8 minutes to tell someone I'm there to pick up a paid for order that is placed just out of reach so I have to grab it makes this process silly. Staff is always kind and polite, but when they get high maintenance customers taking forever to place an order it really puts those of us who plan ahead in a bind. Can this process be revisited? Low score on food because the oven was broken.
I always get good service here… But today was amazing! Can't say enough good things about Sammy!! Great service, so friendly and kind! My coffee drink was great too!?
Just took 10 minutes for a simple coffee order, clarified over and over again what I wanted and it still came out wrong. Have never seen a coffee shop struggle so hard on an order that didn't follow the menu. I would have gone back for a refund but it took so long to order they made me late for an appointment with undrinkable coffee.
