Contribuisci feedback39 min waiting for my order when I opened my waiting period, I was told that it was my fault not to stand up on the theke of all the time lmao! I sat on the first table, then after asking a number to make a complaint, the lady gave me a number no longer in the service
The service was slow and not very welcoming. The staff handed my food out of the window and only responded with a dismissive "mhmm" when I thanked them. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and I had to go through the process again despite having checked it twice while I was in line.
Today was the best experience ever. my order taker was alveena. she was so polite and professional. my order back to me and it was right. best customer service I had in one.
I ordered pickup online, but it was frustrating that the restaurant was randomly locked for advance orders. If they still have to wait on the food, they should definitely be open for pickup.
I normally don’t review restaurants on Google, but they asked me to. Ordered four meals from the drive-through and when we got home realized we were missing a burger and all of our medium fries were smalls instead. When I went back to hopefully remedy the situation, they were closed. Well F me!
