However the general manager /owner are waiting for a lawsuit having the air conditioner control locked so it can't be adjusted. Floors were wet with humidity and it was stifling inside. 98 degrees on my thermometer. That's despicable
The restaurant isnt always the cleanest. Floors can be a little sticky and tables with crumbs on them but the food is amazing so I don't really mind.
This is the best sub place in town. Not enough people know about it which is mind blowing to me. I recommend getting the amazing cheesesteak on your first visit then the classic Italian, after that you won’t get a sub anywhere also (another pro tip, get your sandwich on the grill always is soooo mouth watering!
The subs are the best. The bread they use taste so good. The subs come cold or warm. The fries are fresh cut and the lemonade is squeezed fresh just like if you went to a fair.
Absolutely my favorite undershop!. My husband, originally from Cincinnati, introduced me to Penn Station 15 years ago! It's NOT a McDonalds or Fast Food Place. They don't say that either. If you like your food fresh and hot, you have to go. They pay for quality, meat is not frozen, always fresh. The staff is not there to entertain or kiss, they make your food. I personally don't care about waiting, I know that what I get isn't sitting under a heat lamp, my frits are cut and freshly cooked, like the lemonade. I enjoy Penn Station! Now you just have to get one on Plainfield!
