Red Lobster - Kentwood

The food was typical of Red Lobster. Some things were done well, and others I could have left. My drink was delicious! Our waitress was attentive if not very friendly. She got my daughter (6) extra orange wedges on her request. The lighting in the bathroom was really terrible. To dim and not well placed. It was clean. I was happy with the options on the children's menu, as both children enjoy a variety of food. Our 9-year-old had the founder and I shared my lobster with him. The founder was perfectly tasty and I think I ate more of his meal than the ultimate festival that hubs and I shared!

Today was our first time in a while. We enjoyed every minute of our late lunch and our meal was delicious!! Mandy was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!!! We didn't have that in a Longggg time! Thanks to Mandy and thank you to the sweet chief lady who sat us, we will be back very soon and hope to see you two ladies! Compliments to the chefs! We know that a good team of great management comes!

The food was great when I heard that my birthday got me a dessert that I had the cheesecake, it was very good.

Mondays all you can eat shrimp was great! Can't wait to try the NEW options!!! Staff is always very helpful thanks!!! Hard to find in this world!

We have dined at this location for nearly 40 years, and I have to admit last evening was the pits. From service to food quality and preparedness our experience questions if we will ever dine at Red Lobster again. The manager did credit one dinner because of quality issues. However there are much better choices out there. Save your money and go elsewhere. I would have given a no star rating, but that wasn't an option.
