Sunnyhill Petro Plus - Kentwood

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were extremely rude, and I've often encountered issues here. Today, however, was the final straw. I ordered some burgers and, of course, the lady behind the counter had an attitude. I clearly explained how I wanted my burgers, and she wrote it down. After waiting for 35 minutes, I went up twice to check on my order. When I approached the counter one last time, the woman informed me that my food had actually been ready for 20 minutes, but I had been told just five minutes earlier that it wasn't. By the time I received my order, which included six burgers, they were cold and not made as I requested. This place needs to hire new employees who can better serve their customers and take care of the restaurant.

The staff weren't very friendly, and the focus seems to be more on selling alcohol than food. They also offer a carbonated liqueur.

This place is disappointing. The pizza looked really stale, especially for lunchtime. The men's restroom was out of order. I chose to grab a Slim Jim and a soda, but I couldn't use my debit card because of their $5 minimum. Honestly, the only reason to come here is if there are no other choices available.

Sunnyhill is an exceptional Place to sit down and eat they have very good food and great hospitality and has very clean bathrooms

Sunnyhill Store is great. They've got anything you may need plus they cook pretty good pork boudoin. Cigarettes are expensive though. But isn't that anywhere?
