Walkability: 90 km from Thessaloniki with an easy, relaxing road, less than an hour.. Food drinks: The area is famous for the buffalo....and in general the local meat and fish, trout in Ano Poroia and grivadi in the lakes.

Very disappointed!! I do not recommend it, because of the unprofessional behavior of the management. People don't seem qualified to keep such a business alive. Not just Inhospitable, Cold, not willing to serve, but also completely inappropriate manner of the receptionist. On the phone days before I had requested a double room with a view, for me and my partner. When we arrived at the hotel, at the reception we pointed out this detail. The only thing we were interested in was the view. And they assured us that they would take us to such a room. Much to our surprise, we were put in a room where the reception building in front of us literally cut off our entire view, and to top it off a whole cypress tree a meter and a half in front of us, not even allowing us to see past our noses. In the meantime almost ALL but ALL the rooms around and above, FREE and with a much, much better view clearly!! We asked about them but were told they were caught and good for the next few days, while we would only be sleeping that night! We started to look if it was written anywhere in any box that we are clowns and we didn't realize it... We immediately returned to the reception with the keys. I am very sorry that you underestimate your customers who you see as young in age, or polite and low-key. You don't gain anything by trying to confuse the customer, nor by trying to come out on top after the fact. Unfortunately good manners and a smile are things you lack madam. I am sorry for the whole experience, and such festive days. What can I say?.. Good luck

Very good hotel in every respect, affordable prices, since we got wine with a fruit platter in the room for only €15. Very strange that it is only 3 stars Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value
