Big Burger Spot - Kernersville

Delicious sandwich, it was im just before dinner hour the young cook addressed my special order with kindness... a little for just a sandwich no fries a little cold in the restaurant, other than that I'll go back try the Bison burger too!!

Awesome burger joint. Tons of options. A traditional grilled burger, so not that thin smashed patty. Has that chargrilled taste and smell. The experience can almost be overwhelming with all the choices and toppings. The staff was amazing and friendly. Service was fast. I do wish they had a paper where you could build your burger by marking the toppings you want and then hand that to the register. That might make it easier to feel like you didn't miss out on something delicious. Either way we will be back. Would strongly recommend a stop if you are craving a good grilled burger.Oh and almost forgot. Their sauces are delicious. Some of the best ranch I have had. Burger spot sauce....mouth watering.

Fries tasted terrible, burger patties are even smaller. Called ahead said 10 min took 30, and the food was already ready. they never call your name when your order is ready. : use to love this place but it's gone down hill.

All of their menu items sound delicious but they seem to always be lacking in flavor whenever we have eaten here. The mushroom Swiss burger was okay but just did not have any depth of flavor that I was hoping for and the white truffle fries are basically just fries sprinkled with shaved Parmesan cheese but didn't really have any flavor infused. Burgers are very greasy leading to unhappy bellies later. On a positive note, the employees are always friendly and they have very nice high chairs for babies.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The menu is clearly displayed in multiple locations, making it easy to navigate. You place your order at the register and then wait for your name to be announced for food pickup. Our group of four was served promptly, and each dish was exactly as requested and cooked to perfection. There's plenty of seating available. The high ceilings and metal chairs contribute to a bit of noise, which is typical for many modern fast-food establishments. For those needing assistance, the entry is at ground level with no steps, ensuring wheelchair accessibility.
