Biscuitville - Kernersville

I'm still unsure about the food, but the service was disappointing. I placed my order and paid, and then they left me waiting in the parking lot without any communication. There were three other cars there already waiting for their food as well, but the place was far from busy; in fact, we were the only three customers. After my food was finally brought out, I had to chase down the server because she didn't ask if I wanted any condiments or my straw, which could have easily been avoided had they just checked in with me.

What’s the point of asking for my name if you’re not going to use it and end up giving me the wrong order? I realize it’s my fault for not checking my bag before leaving—especially since I saw someone dressed up to return their order. I ended up with someone else’s food and asked about a survey, but I wasn’t informed on how to access it, so I had to Google it. I paid $10 for an order, and none of it was what I actually ordered or even anything I would eat. This place used to be reliable, but it’s really fallen short lately.

The staff is friendly and the food is always hot. I've never had an issue with the taste of the food. It has always been tasty. This location always seems to be slammed. But the wait time isn't too bad because they get people through the drive thru efficiently. I wish the traffic flow was better at this location. It's a mess. Because a shopping center and another restaurant is beside this location, traffic is congested and it can be difficult to maneuver around.

Loved watching the biscuits made! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Honey biscuit meal and added egg. This was definitely one of the better Biscuitvilles I've been to. No complaints here!
