The food was quite good. The premium chicken and fries were fresh, though the chicken itself was just okay. I rated it three stars primarily due to cleanliness. While the dining area was fine, the hallway leading to the restrooms and the restrooms themselves were unacceptable. You could smell the outside odors right at the bathroom door. If I had noticed the bathrooms before my meal, I likely would have chosen to eat somewhere else.

Had young family members with us, they are especially about their chicken mac cheese. They ate everything that was a big deal. Restaurant was tidy bathroom in good shape. The Bojangle chicken sandwich is incredibly tasty and comes with a variety of side options. It's consistently crispy and fresh. They also serve delightful cookies and breakfast items all day long.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. Also kept clean. I got the grilled chicken salad and my fiancée and daughter got the fried chicken dishes. We were all satisfied.

I ordered the 12-piece Bo Box for my family's dinner tonight. When I got home, I found only 8 pieces of chicken. Additionally, the containers of Dirty Rice and Mashed Potatoes were not filled properly, and we were missing the gravy. Unfortunately, we live too far away to return and resolve this issue. Please be more careful when preparing customer orders. We won't be coming back.
