Contribuisci feedbackWell, I love KFC but I have to be honest here. I placed an order for pick up here and decided to try it because I haven’t been in years. When it got there and walked in, even though to promised by time was 12:16 and I got there about 12:18, when I walked in the lady asked if I had the pick up order, and I replied yes. She said “it isn’t ready”So I said okay and thought first, that was rude and I didn’t see any one in the restaurant and only one car was heading out of the drive through. So I waited, and the food tasted good but I do think they need to step up the customer service. The restaurant to me seemed it could be more cleaner than what I saw
We ordered a family meal which included the biscuits.When we opened the bucket, the first thing we found was this biscuit with black dust like mold on the biscuit.We called to ask for a change but the lady continued to insist that it is not from them and never apologized. Suggesting somehow we tampered with the food. I was trying to remain calm and let her know we brought the food straight from the store but she kept on insisting that the food was not from them.Go somewhere else.They don’t have the decency to admit that they had a mistake.
It's easy to tell when you arrive at a fast food business where the staff are attentive and enjoy their work environment or see that they are bored to tears and can't wait until their shift is over. This is also evident in the quality of their prepared food, which in this visit was sub-par vs the many visits I have made to KFC in my life.
Your food will generally be correct and tasty as long as you are patient and courteous to the workers. Just be prepared to wait as they typically make it fresh. I could wait happily for the chicken to be done.
Drive thru closed at 6:16 pm, what! Had to come inside, then no chicken ready, Had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cooked. This restaurant won't be in business much longer operating like this. What a shame......
